There is too little for the elderly and this phone is far from perfect. Handicap access in Eastern Europe is better than the USA> Jitterbug doesn't deserve a lot of praise. They charge for everything and they are willing to engage in the same ruthless pushy sales tactics as other companies.
It is a shame that this society has so little respect for older people.
